For owners, buyers, realtors & lawyers

Order a status certificate

A status certificate is issued by the condominium corporation under section 76 of Ontario's Condominium Act, 1998. It describes the corporation's finances, reserve fund, legal matters and the unit's common expense status. Buyers and their lawyers usually review it before a purchase becomes firm.

The fee is set by Ontario regulation and is charged to the person who requests the certificate. We will confirm the fee and payment details when you order.
